The pioneer Pond to Plate fish cluster farm, located in Laduba Kwara state is a cluster of 165 earthen ponds with supporting structures such as feed warehouse, training centre etc.

Established as a Public-Private Partnership between Delta State Government and Dula Limited, Cassadel Cassava Starch Company Limited is an indigenous agro-allied company that produces food and pharmaceutical grade cassava starch for industrial use

The Cassava Starch Processing Company plant is a mid-sized 50 ton per day starch plant located in Agbor, Delta State which will cater to the needs of consumer industries in Nigeria

Cassadel will establish strategic partnerships with small holder famers through an Outgrower scheme that will be focused on production of cassava roots exclusively for the processing plant

The Lagos Aquaculture Centre of Excellence is an aquaculture production and processing centre established as PPP between Lagos State Government and Dula

The centre will have hatchery, nursery, advanced nursery, grow out, processing facilities and a feed mill.
